Dr. Nina Shengelia

UK-qualified lawyer with a PhD in Law (LLB, King's College London; LLM, BPP University) and a former Policy Leader Fellow at the European University Institute's School of Transnational Governance. A decade of university lecturing at Tbilisi State University, with research spanning platform governance, digital policy, and the EU AI Act and GDPR — brought directly into the product as privacy-by-design. She conceived AI Whisper and leads product, pedagogy, and strategy.
