The service
AIWhisper provides live AI analysis of online lessons: a notetaker bot joins your meeting, the conversation is transcribed, and the tutor receives live engagement and teaching feedback, an end-of-lesson report, and session statistics. The service is provided to organisations and tutors we have onboarded.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are provisioned by AIWhisper; contact us to add or remove users.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lessons and meetings you are authorised to record and analyse.
- Inform all participants that the session is transcribed and analysed, and obtain any consent required by applicable law (including guardian consent for minors where required).
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
AI-generated content
Feedback, engagement assessments, and reports are generated by AI models. They are decision support for tutors, not authoritative evaluations of any student or teacher, and may contain errors. Use professional judgment when acting on them.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; live analysis depends on third-party meeting, transcription, and AI providers.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIWhisper's aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The date above reflects the latest revision.
